Parish Life Commission

The goal of the Parish Life Commission is to extend warmth and friendship opportunities to members of the St. Elizabeth Ann Seton community. With a hospitality focus, this commission organizes social activities that appeal to all members of the community.

July 19, 2009

12 p.m.

Parish Summer Picnic

The parish picnic is a fun family event immediately following the 11am mass that features games and activities for kids. St. Elizabeth's provides the main dish and table services and parisoners bring their favorite side dish or dessert to share.

October 31, 2009

6:15 p.m.

Trunk or Treat

Kids are encouraged to wear their costumes to church then celebrate Halloween with "Trunk" or Treat in the church parking lot following Mass. (For safety reasons, we ask those who are leaving immediately following Mass to park in the upper lot - those parishoners participating in the event should park in the lower lot.)

Fall Family Outing & Chili Cook-Off

What better way to welcome fall than with a bowl of tasty chili enjoying a evening of fun with your family! Games, activities, cookie & pumpkin decorating and hot dogs for the kids round out the festivities. Fierce competition awaits those who enter the Chili Cook-Off - sign up takes place in the back of church in the weeks leading up to the event.

Celebrate the Feast Day of our Patron Saint, Elizabeth Ann Seton, with Mass at 5:30 p.m., followed by a potluck.

Archbishop Jerome Hanus will bless our new worship space and celebrate the first Mass held here. Food and fellowship wil follow this prestigious event.

Ice Cream Social / Open House

Bring your lawnchairs and blankets and join us for an ice cream social as we enjoy the Hiawatha Hog Wild Days fireworks from one of the best vantage points around! Tours will also be given to those wanting to see our new church.
